You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. We suggest printing out the email or having your tickets available on a digital device (phone or tablet) as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access. However, you may make a note of this number and take this with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket.
No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds. Please contact us if you wish to cancel and we will do our best to re allocate tickets but unfortunately we cannot be sure of this and refunds are therefore not guaranteed.

Yes, however the maze is on an agricultural field so the ground usually hardens with compaction later in the season.
Dog friendly days are held on Saturdays and Mondays weekly after 1st August 2020. Dogs must be kept on leads and please bring poo bags.
If there are spaces available tickets will be available at our ticket office on arrival, but we cannot guarantee there will still be tickets available without booking due to precautions put in place
